Volvo XC100 Recharge will be the luxury version of the XC90
Volvo has spoken to the press about its new XC100 Recharge electric crossover, which is slated for release in early 2023. According to the general producer, this car will become a luxury version of the current XC90 SUV, which is successfully sold both in the European market and overseas.
The new model will be based on the SPA 2 platform, which is intended just for electric cars with an average range of 450-550 kilometers. It has a modular architecture and allows the installation of electric motors and high-capacity batteries.
The exterior of the car is partly borrowed from the current version, but large alloy wheels with a stylish shape and a modified body style make themselves felt. The model is definitely more interesting and designer.
In addition, the electric car interior will be significantly improved. It will become more comfortable and convenient. In particular, the seats will be replaced, as well as new features such as climate control controlled by artificial intelligence will appear.
Volvo fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new crossover and are already gearing up for pre-order starting later this year.
